The shortest possible rental period for a warehouse at our company is one month. Such a short term allows great flexibility in choosing the warehouse space needed for your business. The company premises also include office buildings offering spaces of varying standards, from Class A with individually controlled air conditioning to Class B as a more budget-friendly option. Thanks to this, for many companies we are a place of business where they can rent dry warehouses, refrigerated warehouses (positive temperature), freezing warehouses (negative temperature), as well as offices, employee changing rooms, and technical storage rooms.
We have a very large loading ramp area equipped with overhead doors and hydraulic docks, enabling service of both small delivery vans and all types of heavy trucks. Our infrastructure allows unloading, loading, and transloading of any quantity of goods, from various levels, at any time of day, for all types of vehicles.
We have very large parking areas for heavy trucks, accessible by permit through a security checkpoint, and for passenger cars accessible via magnetic access cards. Truck parking spaces are equipped with electrical power outlets.
We have an excellent location, just a few minutes from the city center. We are the only facility of this type in Warsaw. Our location is an asset when products need to be delivered quickly within the city. At the same time, the company is located right next to the S8 expressway, with convenient access to almost all districts of Warsaw and exits from the city in all directions.
We conduct constant electronic temperature control in each warehouse; the refrigeration infrastructure in our company allows temperature adjustment to the client’s requirements with a tolerance of ± 2 °C. Continuous temperature monitoring, high-quality equipment, and qualified personnel guarantee the quality and safety of stored goods. Each client can monitor refrigeration parameters, and upon request we provide telemetry system reports with temperature readings for a given time period.
We do not charge additional fees; all costs are included in the rental fee. Rental rates are determined at the contract stage, where we provide the total rental cost. Rates vary depending on the type of warehouse – dry, refrigerated, or freezing. In the case of office rentals, the rental rate also covers all utilities.
